*minimum deposit of 50% of your total registration is required. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to camp start.

2 WAYS TO REGISTER:

To register by phone:
1. Call Peak Adventures at 916-278-6321 to register. We can accept Visa or Mastercard only.
2. We will mail you a receipt, and registration packet for you to complete and return to us.
3. Information packets will be mailed to you 2 weeks before the start of your camp.

To register by mail:
1. Complete a registration form.
     You can:
      a. download a form here.
      b. Call Peak Adventures at 916-278-6321 to request a form.
      c. Fill out the bottom portion of your Youth Camp Brochure.

2. Mail your completed form and payment to:

      Sacramento, CA 95819-6011
