Application Process

Step 1:
Visit Peak Adventures to obtain an application and sign up for Candidate Training.  Candidate Training is usually offered during the spring semester, but please confirm dates with Peak Adventures.

Step 2: 
If chosen you will be selected for a group interview. This will offer us insight into your level of enthusiasm and experience working with people and leading groups.

Step 3: 
If selected you will be invited to candidate training weekend where you will learn about the Peak Adventures culture and the basic skills needed to work for us.
