Peak Adventures has thrived on an Apprenticeship model of experiential learning. There is no previous experience with outdoor guiding or facilitation necessary, but we also enjoy seasoned outdoors people who find a fit here! The positions available are based on the season, the number of current staff, and the opportunities for which we anticipate needing staff.
