Candidate Training

Candidate Training is the name of the 20-hour orientation that Peak Adventures offers twice a year* and it is free and open to all who are interested (limited to class size). We try to take in every person with interest in leadership development; and based on the person’s level of experience and natural ability to work as a team member, we try to find the right fit for each person.

Opportunities available include:

• Ropes Course Facilitator
• Outdoor Trip Guides (Rafting, Rock Climbing, Mountain Biking, Winter Sports)
• Bike Shop Mechanic; Youth Camp Counselor
