About Peak Adventures Team Building

We offer team-building events in Sacramento for any group! We serve community groups, professional clients, and, of course, Sacramento State students! Most of our team-building events take place at the Challenge Center, our high ropes course at Sacramento State, but we can also integrate team-building into a private outdoor trip or come to you.

For mobile events, groups located within 30 miles of the venue will have their travel fees waived!

Experienced 

We’ve been building teams since 1989. We serve over 8000 people annually from the greater Sacramento area. We work with Sac State classes, sports teams, clubs, and events. In addition, we regularly serve high schools and middle schools, both public and private, church groups, other youth organizations, businesses, and government agencies.

Qualified

Our team leads have over 500 hours of hands-on experience facilitating and leading groups through challenges and transformational activities. Their training includes technical ropes course safety management, CPR and first aid, advanced facilitation, debriefing methods, and group dynamics.

    We provide team-building events for any campus group wanting to have fun, improve collaboration, and learn more about each other.     Peak Adventures’ Facilitation & Presentation Skills Training uses experiential learning and team-building activities to build confident communicators and effective leaders. Participants learn practical facilitation tools—clear instructions, framing, sequencing, and debriefing—and then practice live, leading peers through group activities and, when appropriate, ropes-course elements.
