This class covers wilderness first aid topics such as patient assessment, shock and bleeding, head and spinal injuries, wounds, musculo-skeletal injuries, heat and cold illnesses and much more. The highlight of this class is practicing your skills in hands-on scenarios. This class does not include CPR.

Successful completion of class includes a Wilderness First Aid certificate. This class is taught by Bobbie Foster of Foster Calm. She has been teaching wilderness first aid across Northern California since 1994.

Class time is 8:00am - 5:00pm both Saturday and Sunday. Minimum age is 16.
