Expedition Camp
(ages 13-17)

Spend a week backpacking at Lassen Volcanic National Park with Peak Adventures! Not only will you learn essential backpacking skills, but you will also gain the skills that it takes to become a confident leader among your peers, on sports teams, or in your community.
 
For 2010 we have LOWERED our pricing, while continuing to provide the best summer adventure programs with very low staff to participant ratios. Now you can sign up your Expedition camper for only $355.
 
This camp meets 8:00 am Monday and ends 5:00pm Friday.

Itinerary:  
Mon: Meet at Peak Adventures office, drive to Lassen. Start backpacking at Summit Lake
 
Mon – Fri: Hike through Lassen, changing camp sites each day.  Distance and camp sites each day are determined by the camp staff based on the physical conditioning of the campers.
 
Fri: Hike back to Summit Lake, drive back to the Peak Adventures office.
 
Camp includes transportation, knowledgeable camp staff, technical equipment, t-shirt and all meals from dinner on Monday to lunch on Friday.
 
Campers bring their personal items, clothing, eating utensils and lunch on Monday. They may use personal backpacking gear pending approval of the camp staff.

Pre-trip meeting: 6/23, 6:00pm – 7:30pm, Peak Adventures Office

Expedition Camp Week 5 07/26/10 to 07/30/10
Pre-trip meeting: 7/21, 6:00pm – 7:30pm, Peak Adventures Office

All Girls Expedition Week 6 08/02/10 to 08/06/10   
Pre-trip meeting: 7/28, 6:00pm – 7:30pm, Peak Adventures Office
