Everyone who enters the Challenge Center must fully complete the waiver & forms.

What to Bring
- Shoes:
- Closed-toed, closed-heeled shoes are REQUIRED. NO sandals or Crocs!
- Suitable for all weather conditions
- Clothing:
- Dress comfortably (NO midriff shirts or “short” shorts)
- Casual, durable, suitable for running around and getting dirty!
- Long pants or sweatshirts are preferred when the weather permits
- Layer clothing appropriate to the season. We continue plans in rain or shine!
- Glasses and Contact Lenses:
- Take any standard precautions when participating in outdoor activities to protect the eyes and eyewear.
- We recommend wearing a retaining strap to protect glasses
- Other things to bring:
- Please bring your completed and signed waiver/registration forms. All minors must have their forms completed by a parent or guardian.
- Reusable water bottle
- Lunch or snacks
- Positive attitudes, positive energy
- Do NOT bring:
- Tobacco products and non-prescription drugs
- Gum or candy
- Electronics and valuables
- Negative attitudes, negative energy
Parking Information
The Challenge Center is located on the north end of the Sacramento State campus. Parking is $8 every day of the year.
Cars should park in parking structure V. See the attached printable map below for bus parking information.

Low Elements
Our low elements and initiatives are essential to our team building programs. Lows elements take place on or just above the ground. This is not a comprehensive list but gives you an idea of some of the initiatives we use to develop your Challenge Center Program.
High Elements
Our high elements and obstacles are designed to challenge individuals and teams on our team building programs. Our high elements require a harness and a rope safety system. This is not a comprehensive list but gives you an idea of some of the high and climbing elements we have at the Challenge Center.
