Please allow for at least 30 minutes to inspect all of your items. The more items you have, the more time we need.
Treat the equipment as your own. Please return it on time and in the same condition as it went out. There are fees for late returns as well as for items that are excessively dirty, damaged or missing any pieces.
Equipment returned late is subject to a late charge based on our late fee schedule. Late fees per day are equal to the cost of 1.5 days at the posted additional day rate.
You are solely responsible for the equipment and will be charged the full replacement cost for lost, stolen or badly damaged equipment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We have a two day cancellation and refund policy. Cancellations made at least two days before the first day of your rental will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than two days in advance are non-refundable.
