Teamwork and Unity

Programming for any group wanting to have fun and get to know each other better. Spend time problem solving, developing teams, and exploring new perspectives on how teams operate. We believe that sharing a common experience creates a connection.

Learning Outcomes: At the end of the day your team will walk away knowing more about each other, feeling more connected and with a tighter bond than before. Experience the stages of Group Development (Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, Adjourning) and apply it to your own team.

Personal Challenge

Programming for groups that may already know each other well and want to step it up a notch. Your teammates will be present to help you set goals and push yourself to accomplish them.

Learning Outcomes: Individuals leave with an increase feeling of self-worth, a higher self-esteem and self-confidence. An inherent sense of bonding will come along with having teammates present as you accomplish your personal goals.

Leadership Development

Programming that promotes personal and team decision making and prompts leaders to step forward.  Leadership is a skill to be developed and sharpened; discover your chance to step up and try new roles in a controlled environment.

Participants may gain confidence in group management as well as an appreciation for leadership in task oriented settings. Our participants experience behavioral leadership styles and gain better understanding of leadership models.

Change Management

Participate in activities that can parallel the changes going on in your work place, family, or school environment. Whether it is the tools, people, roles, or goals that are changing, practicing in our controlled environment will help your team in the long run.

Learning Outcomes: Even though changes can frustrate the best of us, in the end you’ll understand how to work past the frustration with your team instead of as an individual and work towards your common goal. Depending on your program goals we may include theories on behavioral leadership styles using a situational leadership model. By focusing on the social responsibilities of a leader and group management, these programs help create an appreciation for leadership in task oriented atmospheres.

Communication and Conflict Resolution

Programming that demonstrates the many barriers we all face in communicating with others. Work through these barriers with your team in a safe environment to develop a deeper understanding of effective communication, and an appreciation for one another’s leadership styles.

Tolerance and Diversity

Unity is our strength, but diversity is our character. In these programs participants have a chance to mingle with others with whom they do not normally interact. Participants will be broken up into smaller groups so they can step out of their comfort zones, and have a chance to interact with new people on a more personal level.

Learning Outcomes: Depending on your program goals participants may experience cliques being broken up, an appreciation for others differences, and an overall awareness of each other. In a professional setting, cultural differences are recognized and an appreciation for effective communication is developed.
